If you have been searching for the most precious writings of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Then you must have seen, read or studied the fouteen point of Quaid-e-Azam M. A. Jinnah.

These points clearly shown an outstanding approache towards building a strong image of muslims infront of the gigantic Indian part congress and their leaders.

The Fourteen Points of Quaid-e-Azam M. A. Jinnah

The form of the future constitution should be federal with the residuary powers vested in the provinces.

A uniform measure of autonomy shall be granted to all provinces.

All legislatures in the country and other elected bodies shall be constituted on the definite principle of adequate and effective representation of minorities in every province without reducing the majority in any province to a minority or even equality.

In the Central Legislature, Muslim representation shall not be less than one third.

Representation of communal groups shall continue to be by means of separate electorate as at present, provided it shall be open to any community at any time to abandon its separate electorate in favor of a joint electorate.

Any territorial distribution that might at any time be necessary shall not in any way affect the Muslim majority in the Punjab, Bengal and the North West Frontier Province.

Full religious liberty, i.e. liberty of belief, worship and observance, propaganda, association and education, shall be guaranteed to all communities.

No bill or any resolution or any part thereof shall be passed in any legislature or any other elected body if three-fourth of the members of any community in that particular body oppose such a bill resolution or part thereof on the ground that it would be injurious to the interests of that community or in the alternative, such other method is devised as may be found feasible and practicable to deal with such cases.

Sindh should be separated from the Bombay Presidency.

Reforms should be introduced in the North West Frontier Province (NWFP) and Baluchistan on the same footing as in the other provinces.

Provision should be made in the constitution giving Muslims an adequate share, along with the other Indians, in all the services of the state and in local self-governing bodies having due regard to the requirements of efficiency.

The constitution should embody adequate safeguards for the protection of Muslim culture and for the protection and promotion of Muslim education, language, religion, personal laws and Muslim charitable institution and for their due share in the grants-in-aid given by the state and by local self-governing bodies.

No cabinet, either central or provincial, should be formed without there being a proportion of at least one-third Muslim ministers.

No change shall be made in the constitution by the Central Legislature except with the concurrence of the State’s contribution of the Indian Federation.

The points are also available at Wikipedia.

Even though the concept was nice and looks great to get many enrolled but there was a needs of understanding its true potential and merits.
Parents and educators themselves was keen to evaluate how the new system would be entertaining the study oriented matters as it has promised in their Prospectus.

A university with no real grounds would perform better than already existing universities ? How the material of education would be transfered to the students in the snail-ed speed postal system? How the exams would be conducted and how they will be evaluated on student’s skills as real method of conducting exams ?

These were among the some of the questions get birthed to a better system of the Virtual University. Not only seperate Tv channels were introduced, print suppliments were also regulated timely and updates via newspapers and radio medium were aired.

All as a bliss for students. But this great system somehow could not get the hype it deserved for. May it be the high fee structure of the unclarity of student programs, post-admission procedures, degree security, affiliation cases. Many comes as not as hurdles but as real massacre to bend it to its earlier hype only.

This service claims to be the premium broadband service who are looking for some additional facilities in their DSL connection. This service is yet to be announced world wide and through commercials, although their website and franchises has already launched in cities like Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.

Rates and Packages

Some rates info from their service website look like as below

512k – 8 Gb limit: Rs. 1200

1MB – 10 GB Limit: Rs. 1700

CPE Price: Rs. 999

Total setup Cost: Rs. 2199

As per website they are also running a 7 Day Money Back service for testing their services and so you can test their service for 7 free days, this is cool. But you have to pay the installation service charges even to get the free service.

So far this service seems promising but time will prove how will they compete with the private DSL services, especially the PTCL Broadband services.

Karachi is nowadays serving a right place for showcasing fashion both for pro and amateur fashion people. This not only with stands Karachi’s image with international tag but also clear security doubts for many of the international fashion organizers.

Hope this trend continues until we are free from all kind of terrorism and we all become more successful with our fashion industry internationally.
